This is a continuation of Paul’s “Mr. Potato Head Design” series. While walking the floor of the recent 2007 LA Auto Show we noted the “Power Bulge” trend in performance cars. Essentially, it’s a bubble in the sheet metal of the hood to allow for a larger engine.

We like more engine. But we debated the merits of this design. And our cameras were rolling.
